Slow Cooked Veal Cheek, Wild Mushroom Polenta, Beet Medley, Herb demi glaze

Arctic Char, Lemon Chive Risotto, Fall Vegetables, Saffron Beurre Blanc

Dessert

Earl Grey Gelato, Thyme Honey, Sweet Tuille

White Chocolate Panna cotta with Black Cherry Truffle
